Strategic market preparation
Preparation of the capability of SMEs
Regional Operation Committees (ROC) together with regional chambers of commerce or SME oriented cluster organizations prepare the capability of enterprises toward low carbon oriented production processes in the building sector. The ROCs adapt existing training modules and fosters the exchange of positive experiences between craftsmen and technicians. Using the knowledge gathered in ENERBUILD, ALPHOUSE, IEA SHC Task 40 – ECBCS Annex 52 “Towards Net Zero Energy Solar Buildings” … the partners will focus on exchange with SMEs and their implementation capabilities in 20 Workshops. The results and feedback will be stored in the Knowledge-Hub which contribute to the Alpine-wide Guideline.
Establishing an on-going service for SMEs
The goal is to strengthen the NENA network focusing on services for NZEB. NENA aims to ensure a neutral position for the care of the Knowledge-Hub. By the on-going Open Source service, the continuation of the experiences realized in CABEE is assured. The ROCs will use NENA and the Knowledge-Hub for their local activities on these services towards SMEs.
Workshop for public authorities
Public authorities and politicians play a key role in the field of NZEB. On the one hand, they create the environment via laws and financial promotion; on the other hand, they are investors for public buildings and can play an innovator role. The results of the Alpine-wide Guideline, the role of public buildings, the pilot testing and the results on micro smart grids will be shared in regional workshops for politicians and administrative officials carried out by the ROCs.
